One of the most memorable moments from last year was a hike through the Sinai desert. 4 days, 60km around the area surrounding St. Catherine Mountain, through sand, rocks, cliffs and mountains, under the scorch of the sun through the day and the shimmering chill of the moon in the night. Some of us forget how Egypt is not Cairo, far from the city you’ll find yourself in areas so isolated, you’d think youre on Mars.
